I have been part of the GTI family for six years now, where I currently hold the position of product manager. In addition to this role, I also act as Scrum Master. As Project Manager, my main responsibility is to ensure the planning, coordination, supervision and management of the technical aspects of the projects, while as Scrum Master, I ensure that the team follows the principles and the agile processes of Scrum to optimize efficiency and collaboration.

I have been a member of the GTI family since 2019. I started as a junior developer in the stock exchange business line team, where I acquired strong software development skills and a good knowledge of the stock market. Subsequently, I moved to the risk management business line team as a senior developer, which allowed me to broaden my knowledge of financial risk management. Thanks to my varied experiences and my in-depth knowledge of the company’s projects, I was promoted to the position of project manager within the risk management team, where I coordinate and lead IT projects while ensuring client satisfaction.
What I appreciate the most about working in GTI is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere from day one. As soon as I joined, I was warmly welcomed by my colleagues and the management team, which created an immediate feeling of belonging. My career started at the GTI in 2008, I held the positions of Junior developer to Senior developer, then TeamLead. Today, I hold the position of CTO, and have been since 2020.
During these years, I was able to work on enriching and diversified tasks. Today, as CTO, my role is to lead the technical teams, and in coordination with the Lead Developers and the PMO, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects, improving processes and team productivity, while ensuring compliance with project costs, deadlines and quality.
I am a kind of guarantor of team dynamics, technical and technological innovation in accordance with the group’s strategy. In addition, I intervene in the recruitment of technical profiles, their professional development and ensure their adherence to the company’s strategy.
I am happy to have had the chance to work on all these aspects – which made my mission free from any feeling of routine. To sum up, what led me to be CTO? The passion for work, my availability, and above all the feeling of being able to give added value to the company through my responsibilities.

Currently, I am contributing as a junior developer on the SBE-International project, a platform that broadened my expertise in banking operations. My main role is to decipher and scrutinize the requirements defined by the Product Owner (PO), then translate them into tangible and functional deliverables. This experience not only honed my technical skills, but also instilled in me a deep understanding of the complex world of global finance.
What I like the most about working at GTI is the unparalleled learning environment and the collaborative spirit that pervades the organization. Hello dear community, I am Imen RIHANE, I recently joined GTI as HR BP.
In relation with the General Management as well as the Administrative and Financial Department, I work on the various HR aspects, namely: the recruitment process, the integration of new recruits, the management of skills, evaluations and careers, the training component, etc.
As head of the human resources department, I ensure the proper functioning of all the company’s services. In other words, I act as an intermediary and facilitator between the different parts of the company.
